For us, workplace joy means tackling new challenges every day that contribute to a better world. But we also take workplace joy quite literally: with a great camaraderie, a pleasant workspace, and lots of fun. We work hard to cultivate this atmosphere across all our locations.
On average, we organize a joint activity twice a month. It could be a pleasant lunch, an evening of paddle tennis, or even laser tag in our futuristic headquarters!
In India, we celebrate 'Fun Fridays,' which could involve anything from playing cricket together to enjoying friendly games.

INNOVATION DAY
On the longest day of the year, when the sun shines directly on our meteorite, Decos celebrates Innovation Day. On this day, we collectively brainstorm about innovation through a fun activity that involves all our colleagues, from Canada to Vietnam. This not only makes for a highly enjoyable day but also strengthens our sense of connection and unity.
DECOS WEEKEND
Once a year, we embark on a weekend getaway together, filled with two days of camaraderie, enjoyable activities, and delicious food. In recent years, our Dutch colleagues have visited cities like Cologne and Maastricht.
Of course, we don't forget about our other colleagues either. That's why the team in India also organizes an action-packed weekend every year.
TO WOW OUR CUSTOMERS
Our company events often have a unique twist compared to regular client days because we enjoy combining business with pleasure. For instance, we might conclude informative sessions with a hot air balloon or glider flight.
And as a paperless company, we don't give out pens as gifts. Instead, we offer mega candy jars, onesies, or Rreusable wipe-off notebooks. This way, we share our workplace enjoyment with our clients!
