here's how it works with us
We prefer to get to know you as soon as possible. During your application process, you'll have interviews with several colleagues. Because each person is unique, we don't follow a standard procedure. However, we always adhere to guidelines.
Below are the steps you'll definitely go through before potentially joining Decos.

Step 1: Apply!
We believe it's essential to understand why you want to work at Decos and what knowledge and experience you already bring with you. Therefore, we would appreciate receiving your CV and motivation letter.
Once you've sent your application, we promise to contact you within a week.
Step 2: Exploratory phone call
Do we see a match with the vacancy you've applied for? Or perhaps you might be better suited for another role within Decos? In that case, we'll always give you a call for an exploratory conversation.
During this conversation, we'll delve deeper into why you've applied to Decos. Additionally, you're more than welcome to ask any burning questions you may have right away.
Step 3: First job interview
Your first job interview will always be with a colleague from HR. Consider this first conversation primarily as an introductory one. Topics such as 'what are your ambitions' and 'what areas would you like to develop in' will be discussed.
Of course, during this conversation, we'll also share the necessary information about what Decos has to offer you. You'll hear from us within a week whether you've progressed to the second interview.
Step 4: DISC-questionnaire
Before your second interview, you will complete a DISC questionnaire. This is a tool used in the DISC personality theory, aiming to provide a better understanding of human behavior.
The outcome of this questionnaire can never be right or wrong, but it gives us an additional tool to see if you are in the right place with us.
Step 5: Second job interview
The second job interview will be with one or two of your potential future colleagues. During this interview, you'll delve a bit deeper into the position you've applied for.
It's possible that during the second interview, you may be asked to present a brief case study. We will, of course, notify you well in advance so that you have sufficient time to prepare.
Step 6: Employment terms discussion
If we're both excited about moving forward, the discussion about employment terms will follow. Naturally, your employment contract is completely paperless, so you'll sign it digitally. You can do this from home, but you're always welcome to visit our office as well!
Applying for a job in India
- We take the time to carefully review your resume.
- Suitable applicants are called by talent acquisition team for an initial screening to evaluate communication, educational criteria, initial fitment check .
- Those shortlisted by talent acquisition team undergo an assessment that evaluates logic, English, general aptitude, logical reasoning and a coding / testing based assignment.
- Applicants who clear the assessment are scheduled for a technical interview.
- Applicants who clear technical evaluation are scheduled for a managerial round.
- HR interview is the final round if an applicant qualifies in above process.
