WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

As our marketing executive, you’ll be the key player in our marketing automation strategy. You’ll manage and optimize campaigns in HubSpot. Furthermore you will work on our websites and will be involved in all other possibilities hubspot has. All you do in close contact with our sales team to improve the customer journey and drive conversions

 

The person should have analytical mind with problem solving attitude. 

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Designing and optimizing email campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing sequences in HubSpot
  • Segmenting audiences and maintaining a clean, organized CRM
  • Optimize and improve websites hosted in HubSpot with a SEO mindset
  • Supporting inbound marketing initiatives and content strategies
  • Collaborating with sales to generate and qualify leads
  • Of course you’re hands-on, so you help out with the content itself

 

SKILLS GOOD TO HAVE 

  • 3+ years of experience with HubSpot, you already this some automation processes in hubspot
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, lead generation, and automation
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on results
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbally and written)
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential customers based on the client persona.
  • Drafting creative emails based on the profile of the potential customers and their business needs
  • Calling potential customers to understand their pain points, to explain them about Decos and seeking their time for a discovery call
  • Proactively finding potential clients and work towards converting them into new clients.
  • Efficiently maintaining all the data in a CRM (HubSpot) and/or spreadsheet.
  • Building Lead Data
  • Promoting Decos on various digital channels (like LinkedIn, Clutch, Medium etc.) to generate leads
  • Gain insights into potential client’s most urgent business problems or business opportunities while mapping how our solutions and services offerings can add business value to them has context
