WE ARE HIRING
Technical Skills (Must have)
- 10 + years of experience within Digital Marketing
- At least 5 years of experience within a B2B environment with focus on business development.
- Proficiency in devising and implementing marketing strategies together with the team with objective to generate inbound leads.
- Experience working with European companies.
- Proficiency in coordinating marketing activities
- Experience in the IT domain in the USA, Europe region.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English.
- Bachelor / master’s degree in marketing or communication
- Knowledge of Drupal, HubSpot and photoshop is preferred.
- Planning and organizational skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Content Writing Experience is also must.
Role and responseblites
- As a Content Strategist and Planner, you play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing landscape for Decos Healthcare.
- Your primary responsibility is to translate the organizational strategy into a comprehensive content strategy with primary focus on sales.
- You create, manage, and adapt the content plan in alignment with the organization's needs and market dynamics.
- Budget management for content marketing is also within your purview, where you meticulously oversee expenditures.
- Monitoring performance and measuring the impact on marketing objectives are integral aspects of your role, allowing you to provide valuable recommendations for enhancements.
- In addition, you actively contribute to content creation (Long and Short).
