My journey 

With nearly eight years of dedicated service at Decos, my journey has been one of continuous growth and progression. Starting as a Quality Analyst, I honed my skills in ensuring the highest standards of product quality. Over time, I advanced to roles as Senior Quality Analyst and Lead Quality Analyst, where I took on increasing responsibilities in overseeing quality processes and standards.  

Transitioning into the role of Project Manager marked a pivotal moment in my career trajectory. Here, I've had the privilege of leading multiple projects, leveraging the freedom and unwavering support of my colleagues to drive success. The collaborative environment at Decos has provided me with the opportunity to flourish, allowing me to innovate and deliver impactful solutions to our clients.  

Reflecting on my journey, I am grateful for the experiences and growth that Decos has provided me. Looking ahead, I am eager to continue contributing to Decos' success story and furthering my professional development within the organization.
